With their fruit design, the GARDIGO fruit fly traps blend in perfectly in any fruit basket. This is exactly where they need to be used, because fresh fruit attracts annoying fruit flies. These insects feed on fermenting substances in the fruit. Infested fruit can spoil faster because the flies spread yeast and bacteria. It is best to avoid this unnecessary waste of food.
To catch fruit flies, simply put a little attractant in the trap. We recommend the following attractant recipe:
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 12 cl vinegar
- 1 glass of fruit juice
- 1 drop of washing-up liquid

Einfach, aber wirkungsvoll
Ich benutze Apfelessig als Lockstoff – funktioniert super, und man kann sie immer wieder verwenden.
