Returning the goods free of charge!

Your product has a malfunction and you want to return it?

Then please fill in our RMA form. The process of making a DHL mail ticket is easy. 

When returning goods please send them all in one package. You may only use one DHL mail ticket per order. 

Please send out a package with all details filled in on the RMA ticket.

• Please enter your order number, your invoice number, your email address and your mailing address.
• For confirmation please select „send email„ and you will receive an email from us with a DHL ticket. 
• Print out your DHL ticket, stick it onto your packet and bring package to a local post office.

Customers outside of Germany
