Marten-free car is a marten deterrent that is powered by the car battery. In the engine compartment, the device disturbs martens with high-frequency sound in the 12 kHz range.

Martens have sensitive hearing and dislike high pitched tones. The animals will look for a quieter place to stay.

If your vehicle has already been visited by martens, we recommend carefully washing the engine before using a marten protection device to remove any scent marks.

Marder-Frei KFZ is connected directly to the car battery. For this purpose, cable shoes are included in the delivery. To protect the battery, the device switches off automatically the ignition is turned on.
