Repel animals with ultrasound – inaudible to humans
The Solar Animal Repeller Basic from GARDIGO is an animal repellent device powered by solar energy. The solar panel is very large and takes up almost the entire front of the compact device’s housing. The device generates ultrasound in the frequency range between 20 and 36.5 kHz. Mice, rats, dogs, cats and can hear these sounds, but humans cannot. This allows you to use the device for many different animal problems without disturbing your neighbours.
Two modes of operation
The Solar Animal Repeller Basic has two modes of operation: You can only activate the ultrasound or you can additionally switch on the red and white LED lights, which will only light in the dark. The LEDs are very bright and look like animal eyes in the dark. Animals that fear predators will be very impressed.
Integrated hanger
With the hanger integrated in the back of the enclosure, you can hang the device at a suitable height for your specific animal problem: near the floor for rodent problems, at knee height for problems with dogs, etc.

Funktioniert gut!
Funktonalität gut, einfache Handhabung, allerdings sollte man den Akku häufig überprüfen damit Gerät gut geladen ist.

Wirkung sehr gut
Wenn es sich um ein großes Grundstück handelt, braucht man eine größere Anzahl, nur ein Stück reicht leider nicht aus. Wirkung scheint ok, Zeitraum noch zu kurz um endgültig etwas feststellen zu können.

Bedienanleitung / Inbetriebnahme
Ich kann momentan nur zur Inbetriebnahme etwas sagen:
In der Bedienanleitung wird emphohlen, den Akku über das USB-Kabel aufzuladen. Welcher Indukator am Gerät sagt mir, wann der Akku voll oder wann er leer ist ? Das steht nirgends.

Soliden Eindruck
Das Gerät macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Der Sensor arbeitet sehr gut. Die erste Katze die auf das Gundstück kam hat sofort reagiert und lief davon. Gesamtbewertung kann wegen der kurzen Inbetriebnahme erst später abgegeben werden.

Es ist tatsächlich nicht zu hören, obwohl seid einer Weile die Katzen nicht mehr in meine Bete Koten! Ich liebe es, auch wenn mir das Design nicht so gefällt, aber es tut was es soll!
