What should I do if I want to return my order?

Please send an email to service@tevigo.de. We will then send you a return label for free return shipping.

What happens if my order could not be delivered and is returned to the sender?

Once we receive the returned shipment, we will automatically refund the amount. If necessary, simply place a new order.

Where do I need to transfer the money if I have to pay via Ratepay?

In this case, you will receive the payment details separately from Ratepay.
