To prevent cats from reaching nesting boxes or nests of songbirds, they shouldn’t be able to climb up the trees. The Gardigo Cat Tree Barrier is designed for this very purpose.
Even though the spikes look martial: They are just an obstacle, to prevent tree climbing and to guard birds nests.
The wire elements are put together before usage. This allows you to adjust the length to your individual needs. For larger tree diameters the the belt can be expanded by using additional sets.

Katzen-Abwehrgürtel - schützt mit Verstand OHNE zu verletzen
Ein Nest voll junger Vögel und ein emsiges Elternpaar. Eine streunende, hungrige Katze und alles war Geschichte. Ich liebe Katzen und es ist halt Natur. Der Gürtel hilft nun so, dass ich damit leben kann. Die nächsten Vögelchen können flügge werden, und für das Kätzchen besteht auch keine Gefahr sich aufzuspießen. Danke für diese tolle Idee.
