Rats have adapted perfectly to live in environments inhabited by humans. We provide great sources of food for them. They can bite themselves through the thickest barriers to get into pantries and storage spaces. They search for flushed down leftovers in the sewer system. Toilet bowls are their entrance ways into our living quarters.
Even though they live in our direct vicinity, we hardly ever see a rat. They are so shy that they will only come out of their hiding when it is quiet and they feel safe. Then they do great damage. Where there are rats, there are hygienic problems, as they carry bacteria and germs from the canalisation into the house.
To get rid of rats or at least control their number to reduce the risk of pestilence, damage to foods or contamination, effective pest control is recommended.

Put a piece of bait onto the actuator and activate the tensioning mechanism. Chocolate and hazelnut spread is irresistible to rats. When a rodent tries to steal the bait, the mechanism shuts the trap to capture the rodent inside the cage. Now you can carry it to a place where it can do no damage to set it free.

The trap can be reused over and over again. Please check the trap regularly for caught rats.

Gutes Produkt
Das ist ein gutes Produkt. Dagegen half ein leichtes Brett aus Sperrholz, das fast die gesamte Länge der Falle einnimmt und an dessen Ende ich den Köder befestigte. Sie ist solide gefertigt und lässt sich gut reinigen.
Absolut zu empfehlen
Diese Falle ist echt toll. Ich habe damit innerhalb von 2 Tagen 4 Waldkatzen eingefangen um sie vor dem Jäger zu bewahren. Als Lockfutter hatte ich Katzen-Nassfutter. Der Auslöser für die Falltüre funktioniert auch bei kleineren leichten Tieren. Eine absolute Kaufempfehlung zu einem unschlagbaren Preis!
Funktioniert gut
Als ich im Keller eine Ratte gesehen habe, war mir klar, da kommt kein Kammerjäger mit Gift und Schlagfallen ins Haus, sondern es muß eine Lebendfalle sein.
Bestellt, mit Köder (Katzensticks) bestückt, aufgestellt, und kurz darauf saß die Ratte in der Falle. Sie hat sich sichtlich gefreut, wieder freigelassen zu werden.
Seitdem ist mir nichts mehr in die Falle gegangen, aber vielleicht war es auch nur eine einzelne Ratte, die sich in meinen Keller veirrt hat

Ratten-Frei
Als Landwirt habe ich gelegentlich Ratten in meinen Ställen. Aber die richten Schaden an und können mich und meine Tiere krank machen, deshalb habe ich auf Verdacht zwei Ratten-Fangkäfige gekauft und durfte sie neulich auch testen. Da ich ja tierlieb bin, wollte ich sie nicht töten. Ich hatte in beiden Käfigen Ratten drin und hab sie dann woanders wieder ausgesetzt.
Die Falle ist absolut in Ordnung.
Sie fängt kleine und größere Nager bisher unverletzt und in meiner ländlichen Gegend in großer Zahl. Ich habe innerhalb eines Monats 12 Tiere gefangen.
Die Verarbeitung ist für den Preis total in Ordnung und erfüllt voll seinen Zweck.
